5 mistakes that ruin Seedance 2.5 prompts

• Too many actions. One clip = one clear motion. "A man runs, then jumps, then waves" confuses the temporal model. Split it into separate generations.
• No camera language. Without it you get a random default move. Always name the shot: close-up, wide, tracking, orbit, static.
• Vague style words. "Beautiful" does nothing; "soft window light, 35mm film grain, warm tones" does a lot.
• Overstuffed scenes. Every extra subject steals coherence. One hero subject per clip.
• Ignoring aspect ratio. Generating 9:16? Say "vertical composition" and keep the subject centered — and select 9:16 in the generator.

Prompt length: how much is enough?
